Samos Energy signs Heads of Terms for a new bareboat charter contract for the West Desaru MOPU

Samos Energy announces that it has entered into a Heads of Terms with Medco Asia Pacific Limited for a new bareboat charter for the West Desaru MOPU on the Cendramas PSC, Malaysia. The new charter commences in September 2026 and provides for a total term of nine years, made up of a firm period of four years and five further one-year extension options. Samos Energy looks forward to a long-term relationship with Medco Asia Pacific Limited and its partners on the Cendramas PSC.

(1) References to “Samos Energy” in this announcement are to FPF005 Limited, the contracting entity and a subsidiary of Samos Energy Infrastructure Limited.

(2) Cendramas PSC is the new name of the PM304 PSC where the West Desaru MOPU is deployed. Medco has been announced as the Operator of the Cendramas PSC from September 2026.
